At MStyle, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags are included to prevent damage.

Label and Ship

Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
